IU Compliance Self-Service Portal
Training and education are a key component of the IU Compliance Program. Compliance training and education helps IU community members understand their compliance responsibilities, as well as the policies and/or regulations that impact compliance initiatives at IU.
The IU Compliance Self-Service Portal in the IU CRM provides a central location for IU students, faculty, and staff to view and ask questions about their various compliance training and certification assignments.
View assignments and completed compliance trainings
- Log into the IU Compliance Self-Service Portal
- With the My IU Compliances tab selected at the top left, you can view your current compliances in the My Current Compliances tab and previous compliances in the My Compliance History tab.
- Select the compliance you want to view by selecting the IU compliance name. This will allow you to see details about this compliance, including the training URL and the expiration date.
- You can complete your most recent training for this compliance by selecting the training link.
- You can view previously completed trainings for this compliance in the "Compliance Trainings" box to the left.
- To view more details about a completed compliance training, choose the compliance training name in blue.
Ask compliance questions
- Log into the IU Compliance Self-Service Portal
- From the list in the My IU Compliances tab, select the compliance record that you have a question about.
- Enter the subject and your question(s) in the Description field.
- Choose Submit, and then Finish.
- Once you've created a case for your compliance question, you can view details about it in the My Cases tab by selecting the case.
