Report a Concern

Always ask the question or report a concern

Take a proactive approach to preventing, identifying, and/or helping to mitigate noncompliant activities by disclosing any acts which you reasonably believe violate the law or university policy to an appropriate University official.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have been the victim of sexual assault the university offers extensive support and other resources to help you make decisions on how to proceed. Please view the Report an Incident page on the Stop Sexual Violence site for more information.

To discuss or report compliance-related concerns, contact any one of the following:

A supervisor
Any member of management
Your unit’s HR or fiscal officer
Your school’s compliance officer (if applicable)

Non-retaliation

Retaliation against any employee who has submitted a complaint or concern in good faith is strictly prohibited. Those who submit good faith reports or inquiries are entitled to be treated in accordance with whistleblower protections as outlined in the IU Whistleblower Policy and Indiana State Statute.
